My name is Skyla Te Moni and I am based in the beautiful country of New Zealand.
I am a self taught artist and have been drawing ever since I could hold a pencil. I am a very passionate animal lover and draw a lot of pets and wildlife however I can draw a range of different subjects. I have been doing Pet Portraits professionally for about 4 years now and I have shipped portraits all over the world. I use nothing but the best top quality materials in my portraits to make sure they will last for years to come.
My portraits are made in such a way where the subject just comes to life on the page and brings so much more life to my subjects that photos just don’t manage to capture. My main goal with my portraits is to feel like your animal is alive on the page and like all you would have to do is reach out and touch them.
I can draw any animal from dogs to cats to horses to lizards and more! I understand just how much pets mean to their owners being a pet owner and animal lover myself and having lost pets in the past I can say without a doubt how much these portraits can be such amazing keepsakes of a lost pet or memorial and how it brings them back in a way being able to see their faces up on your wall.
